Our Manufacturing
Raw Material,Wire Drawing:
Raw Material and Wire Drawing has been tested and accepted by our inspecting,department, then heading by high speed automatic machine to meet the precision requirement.
Cold Forging:
Ball blanks are cold or hot headed from rolls of wire rods or bars, depending on size and material. The heading machine shears a short cylinder whose length is determined by the size of the balls. A moving die with a concave spherical cup then draws the cylinder into an identical, fixed-die matching-cup and forms it to become aspherical.
Flashing:
Heading blanks are roughly grounded during rotation under pressure with disk grooves to improve the precision of the balls.
Heat Treating:
All balls are precceded in a full automatic-controlled heat-treatment firm;these procedures guarantee the balls maximum hardness,reliability and durability
Grinding and Lapping：
The grinding and lapping operations can reduce the deviations and brighten the surface ofthe balls, after complete all the procedures we produce the highest quality balls to supply our global customers.
